About Our Children's Classes

Children's classes at Dancers of Chippenham form an increasingly important part of the school's life and future.  Once started at an early age, dancing increases the child's confidence and gives them poise and grace.  Children have the opportunity to progress through the Medal Test system and then perhaps move into the more demanding Competition Field.

For children who may have ambitions to teach dancing as a career, we can also offer training for a Professional qualification.  This training can start at the age of 16 years.

Age range from 3 years to 17 years.

Pricing Structure

The pricing structure for the children's classes is as follows:
Children attending the school for the first time will have two weeks trial, payment on a weekly basis.  On the 3rd week the balance of the term or half term is required.  Terms are run over 20 weeks.

A once only registration fee of £5 per child to be paid on first attendance.

Any child(ren) wishing to take two half hour classes on Thursday i.e. ½ hr Modern + ½ hr Tap, can do so at the reduced rate of £5.00 for the hour per child.

Payment for lessons may be made in cash or by cheque.  We regret that we are unable to take payment by credit or debit card.
